Try this warming soup recipe, which has a base of potatoes, peas, and leeks. You can collect all your ingredients from Woolworths at Dianella Plaza!

Step 1
Heat 1 tbs oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add leek and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until leek has softened. Add potatoes and stock. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Step 2
Add peas and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Using a stick blender, purée the soup until smooth. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place bread pieces onto prepared tray and toss with remaining oil. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden.
Step 3
Ladle the warm soup into the cob loaf. Garnish with chives and season with freshly ground black pepper. Swirl cream on top and serve with the cob lid and toasted bread pieces.
