Meet Varsha from VV Threading. Varsha has been part of the Dianella community for the past five years.
Tell us about yourself and how you came to be part of the business?
I have been working as a beauty expert since 2017, and in April 2021, I began my journey at Dianella Plaza under the name VV Threading. Through my experience in the beauty industry, I have learned that customers are looking for great service at a reasonable price.
What do you love most about running the store?
What I love most is seeing our customers happy with the service we provide.
What’s your favourite product in the store and why?
Our favourite service is the Eyelash Lift, as it is a simple way for customers to enhance their natural lashes.
Can you share a memorable customer story or a moment?
It is the customers who have stayed with us since we first started at Dianella Plaza and continue to travel from Midland or Scarborough just to have their eyebrows done with us. Their loyalty, along with the happiness they have shared through Google reviews, is very special to us and reminds us why we provide great customer service.
When someone visits your store for the first time, what experience do you hope they walk away with?
We hope every first-time customer experiences great service at a reasonable price and leaves feeling happy and satisfied with their beauty treatment. We want customers to feel welcomed, valued and confident that they have chosen a place where their beauty needs are looked after with care and attention.
If you could tell every customer one thing about your store, what would it be?
We would tell every customer that we believe in customer happiness. We want VV Threading to be known as “the place where beauty meets perfection.”
