I have worked in this store for 30 years. I love helping people and seeing regular customers visit the store. I love what I do and being part of the local community.

I love helping people find their perfect rug. I enjoy greeting the regular customers and seeing the familiar faces.
What’s your favourite product in the store and why?
The Persian rugs are my favourite. They are a very high quality carpet.
Can you share a memorable customer story or a moment?
A customer was renovating his home and wanted some advice on a rug to suit his lounge room. I was able to offer him some different options for him to choose from and he was very happy with his final choice. This is very rewarding for me.
When someone visits your store for the first time, what experience do you hope they walk away with?
We hope every customer feels happy and can find the rug or carpet they are looking for to suit their home.
If you could tell every customer one thing about your store, what would it be?
Rainbow Rugs has a very good range of carpets to suit everybody’s budget and taste.
